Terms and Conditions (Appendix 2)

SystemLock Ltd.
Effective: November 21, 2025.

Appendix No. 2: Service Fees

SystemLock’s current service fees are available at www.syslock.hu. The fees do not form part of the GTC; the Service Provider is entitled to modify the pricing in accordance with the provisions set out in Section 4.

In the case of individually agreed prices, the Service Provider and the Client agree on the price change by way of an amendment to the contract.

Handling abuse complaints

If the Client endangers or hinders the proper operation of the Service Provider’s network, the Service Provider is entitled to restrict the services it provides.

During such activity, the service on which the abuse was detected, or in respect of which an external report was received, will be restricted. Where possible, the Service Provider handles the abuse by blocking the port; if that is not possible, it suspends the entire affected network connection.

During business hours (Monday to Friday 08:00–17:00) the Client has 1 hour, and outside business hours 2 hours, of response time available to eliminate activity that endangers the network. Upon the occurrence of network abuse, the Service Provider primarily notifies the Client via ticket, and if no change occurs within 20 minutes, it initiates a telephone contact at the contact number provided by the Client. If no change occurs even after the response time has elapsed, the Service Provider may introduce restrictions, and must immediately notify the Client thereof—by email or phone. Based on a legal provision or an authority’s decision, the Service Provider may also implement, or is obliged to implement, the above restrictions.

The Service Provider is obliged to do everything to ensure that, as soon as it becomes aware that the reason for the restriction has ceased, it lifts the above restrictions no later than the day following the day it gained such awareness.

If the Client’s activities violate the rules and guidelines set out in the contract, the GTC, and its appendices, the Service Provider has the right to terminate the service immediately, without prior warning.

By entering into this contract and using the service, the Client accepts that the following are prohibited:

  • abusing network resources and thereby impairing network performance,
  • using the service in a manner that violates the law,
  • violating the policies of any network location to which the Client connects through the Service Provider’s network,
  • weakening the network security of any other computer,
  • unauthorized intrusion into any network location, or attempting to do so,
  • unauthorized use of another user’s access, or restricting/preventing the user from exercising their access rights,
  • intentionally interfering with or overloading the operation of any network device,
  • intentionally spreading computer viruses, or threatening anyone with doing so,
  • using the service for activities suitable for insult or defamation, unfair practices, or misleading or deceptive conduct,
  • threatening or intimidating others through the service,
  • using the service for activities resulting in any infringement of copyright,
  • collecting data about other users without the user’s prior consent (“sniffing”)
  • due to events that negatively affect the security and uninterrupted operation of the network, in order to ensure safe and uninterrupted operation, the Service Provider is entitled to perform traffic monitoring; the information obtained in this way may be used exclusively for the purpose for which the traffic monitoring was performed.
  • for billing and security reasons, the Service Provider is entitled to regularly record data relating to the Client’s data traffic; it must treat such data as business secrets and use them exclusively for the above purposes.

Electronic correspondence

By signing this contract, the Client accepts that it is prohibited to:

  • use the Service Provider’s network to send unsolicited electronic mail,
  • use the Service Provider’s network to collect replies received to unsolicited electronic mail,
  • advertise any product or service through the Service Provider’s network in a manner contrary to law,
  • advertise websites stored on servers placed by the Client in a manner that may violate service policies and the relevant provisions,
  • alter or remove email headers in any way,
  • send mail bombs with the aim of restricting user access,
  • conduct “chain letter” (“snowball”) mailing through the Service Provider’s network.
